Are you the go to person when something isn't working as it should and needs fixing, are you currently in a 2nd line Service Desk role or similar, looking for your next career move? If so, we're looking for a Platform Support Engineer to join his current team of 5. Aswell as fixing, supporting and building systems you will have ample opportunities to get involved in many exciting and evolving projects, if you thrive on a challenge and have a can-do attitude we'd love to hear from you. ️

What success looks like:

  • Strong expertise in at least four of the following areas: Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 365, Cisco Networking, Palo Alto Firewalling, Group Policy/Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking concepts, and Active Directory (Azure and on-premise)/Exchange Online."
  • Be the face of the Platform Support team on site, providing a friendly, relaxed but professional support in accordance with our Platform Support Customer Experience (PSCX) which involves several key components aimed at understanding, meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.
  • Manage the lifecycle of DPG Assets (Laptop's, Phones etc.)
  • Champion and drive digital transformation
