Job description
This role takes responsibility for delivery and improvement of features within Salesforce and associated integrations and services. You will work to ensure that existing and future Business requirements are achieved and capabilities are implemented successfullyand deliver business value.
You will be the business' go-to contact and subject matter expert on our Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities and future integrations to and from the platform, supporting and working with the in-Country CRM communities.
- Go-to contact for B2B Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring that business needs are appropriately represented and actioned
- Ensure a holistic approach to our Salesforce strategy, through close alignment with IT and BUs, * Provide the technical expertise, innovation and market knowledge to deliver Canon's B2B Salesforce strategy, driving development of required capabilities
- Be a critical stakeholder in the development of business process and technology development
- Work effectively with the CRM capability owner, subject matter experts and IT delivery teams to ensure fit for purpose solutions
- Provide CRM Professional support to HQ CRM requirements
- Support CRM professionals in EMEA sales organisations to achieve alignment with CRM initiatives
- Contribute to the overall B2B Digital programme
- Capture business requirements for changes and support the translation of these into technical requirements
- Work with business stakeholders to agree prioritization of requirements and implementation schedule
- Work with BUs, IT & NSOs to develop future B2B Salesforce strategy
- Day to day decision making & influencing for small developments
- Own the product backlog for Salesforce (SAFe) and ensure it is forward looking
- Define User Stories and clear acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritise defects
- Answer business problems with epics and features, connect these solutions back to the value they deliver and business objectives they meet.
- Prioritising features including MVP and improvement to ensure sprint readiness and medium term prioritisation of work
- Ability to communicate feature improvements in terms of business objectives and value through engaging system demonstrations
Delivery
- Represent the business in day-to-day development decisions
- Coordinate testing and accept UAT deployments
- Communicate releases outlining new business value to business stakeholders
- User Acceptance of stories and features
- Delivery of business benefits according to sprint goals
- Deep understanding and experience in Salesforce.com, ADM201 preferred
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * 3-5 years' experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience and understanding of working within an Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environment
- Knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote systems
- Analytical skills, able to measure impact and identify trends
- Proven track record with UX/CX
- Demonstrable experience of working with Developers, Designers and Testing teams on the roll-out and implementation of digital / IT solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach
- Passionate about customer experience and digital
- The ability to set clear objectives and develop plans to meet them, * Drive for results
