Job description
The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is central to SAP's AI-first strategy. As a Senior BTP AI Onboarding Advisor, you will drive enterprise-scale adoption of SAP Business AI across SAP's global customer base.
You will guide customers from initial enablement to scaled transformation and support them in embedding AI into business processes using SAP BTP, SAP Build, Joule, and AI Foundation services. Operating within a global shared services model, you will contribute to onboarding standards, enablement assets, and best practices for complex engagements., Strategic Customer Leadership
- Advise enterprise customers on AI activation roadmaps and adoption strategies.
- Translate SAP's Business AI vision into practical transformation plans aligned with customer architectures.
- Collaborate with account teams to align onboarding with commercial goals and platform consumption.
- Engage executive stakeholders to communicate the value of AI-enabled innovation.
Technical & Platform Enablement
- Provide guidance on SAP BTP AI services, SAP Build (including Joule), and AI Foundation services.
- Support complex onboarding scenarios involving entitlements, provisioning, AI unit consumption, and global account structures.
- Explain SaaS vs. PaaS onboarding models and address technical barriers to AI adoption.
Enablement & Adoption Growth
- Contribute to onboarding frameworks, enablement assets, and AI best practices.
- Deliver scalable enablement sessions to accelerate adoption across regions.
- Drive AI feature activation, identify platform expansion opportunities, and share field insights with product teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, including BTP Cockpit, global account structures, and subaccounts.
- Understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule, AI Foundation services, and SAP Build.
- Familiarity with BTP commercial models, including AI unit licensing and consumption tracking.
- Ability to work hands-on in the platform to validate architectures and demonstrate value.
Strategic & Communication Skills
- Understanding of cloud architecture and platform extensibility.
- Ability to communicate SaaS vs. PaaS models and their onboarding implications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders in a global environment., * 5+ years in consulting, presales, customer success, solution architecture, or account management roles supporting enterprise customers.
- 3+ years in a post-sales role focused on adoption, value realization, and expansion.
- Proven experience driving cloud platform adoption and explaining architectural value.
- Experience in global or shared-services environments preferred.
- Business fluent in English and German.
