Teamlead SAP Operations (RUN)

Verantwortung für den reibungslosen, sicheren und performanten technischen Betrieb der betreuten SAP-Systeme mit dem Ziel maximaler Kundenzufriedenheit., * Teamverantwortung (fachliche und disziplinarisch) für ein internationales SAP-Basis-Team

• Organisation von Rufbereitschaften und Verfügbarkeiten und Sicherstellung von Wartungsaktivitäten an den SAP-Systemen
• Etablierung und Überwachung von KPIs (Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Ticket-Volumen, SLA-Erfüllung).
• Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Nutzung von Monitoring- und Automatisierungs-Lösungen
• Förderung von Knowledge-Sharing und Wissensdokumentation
• Unterstützung bei Technologie- und Servicetransformationen durch neue SAP Betriebsmodelle

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
• Führungs- und Teamleitungserfahrung
• Kombination aus

• tiefem technischem Know-how (SAP-Systemlandschaften, S/4HANA), Langjährige Erfahrung als SAP Basis Consultant oder Architekt, sowie
• Erfahrung im Betrieb & Administration von SAP Systemen (Transportmanagement (STMS), Performance-Analyse (ST03N, ST22, SM21), Monitoring & Alerting, Background-Job-Management, Kenntnisse in SAP Fiori und SAP BTP als strategische Plattform)

• Erfahrung in SAP AI (Joule), Security & Compliance (Sicherer Betrieb der Kunden-SAP-Landschaften) runden Profil ab
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
