Job description

At ENCAMINA, we cultivate a culture where every idea matters and collaboration is essential. We believe in talent that thinks in colors and we promote continuous growth within a flexible, friendly, and energetic environment. All our professionals use AI as their daily assistant: we leverage artificial intelligence to boost creativity, productivity, and learning in every project. If you're passionate about working with the latest technologies and want to join a team that turns challenges into opportunities, we're waiting for you at the #ENCATEAM!

Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of IT experience and at least 3 years of hands-on work with Microsoft Azure, with a strong command of Azure architecture and service structure (subscriptions, resource groups, networking, storage, key vaults, VMs, app services) and extensive experience with core IaaS and PaaS services.
  • You have solid experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, especially Terraform, PowerShell scripting, and Azure Automation, and you work comfortably with CI/CD, Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos) and DevSecOps practices.
  • You have designed and deployed Landing Zones and hub & spoke architectures, and you are familiar with cloud security best practices, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policies, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • You are proficient in Kusto Query Language (KQL) for monitoring, diagnostics, and operational insights.
  • You possess a strong foundation in cloud architecture, including systems (Windows/Linux), networking, monitoring, security, and good design principles such as Design for Failure.
  • You have demonstrated technical leadership in Azure projects and show excellent troubleshooting skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams (security, networking, operations, service management).
  • You hold Microsoft Azure certifications (Expert level preferred).
  • And if you also hold AWS/GCP certifications, ITIL, or PRINCE2, that will be considered a strong plus.
