Job description

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Copilot Administrator to manage, govern, and operate a large-scale Microsoft Power Platform environment within an enterprise setting. This role is not focused on building apps or flows, but on owning the platform itself-ensuring stability, governance, security, and responsible usage. As Copilot capabilities become increasingly embedded across the Power Platform, this role places strong emphasis on Copilot administration, governance, operational readiness, and Responsible AI practices. You will work closely with platform, security, and DevOps teams to ensure the platform is reliable, compliant, and future-ready., * Manage and operate the Power Platform environment, including environments, DLP policies, connectors, monitoring, capacity, and compliance.

  • Oversee the safe and responsible implementation of Copilot for Power Platform (including M365 Copilot - licensed and chat), covering governance, configuration, risk controls, and usage insights.
  • Collaborate with platform teams, security, and DevOps engineers to ensure reliability, continuity, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Support squads and low-code makers from a platform and governance perspective (not solution development).
  • Contribute to improving lifecycle management, automation, and overall operational excellence of the platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or in a similar platform governance/operations role.
  • Strong understanding of tenant-wide governance, environment strategy, DLP, security roles, connectors, ALM principles, and monitoring.
  • Experience working with Copilot or strong affinity with AI-driven platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and structured release processes.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with focus on security, compliance, and Responsible AI.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a federated or enterprise low-code community.
  • Exposure to AI governance frameworks or platform-level automation.
  • Experience working in large enterprises or complex IT landscapes.
