About the role We are looking for a technically skilled, IT-affine, and motivated personality to lead and execute customer projects, including workflow integration, vision inspection systems, and technical support. You will collaborate with international clients, develop your expertise in industrial automation, printing, and vision inspection solutions, and take ownership of complex projects with opportunities to expand your role and explore new technical challenges. Main responsibilities Manage customer projects from pre-sales to commissioning and after-sales support Integrate printing, workflow, and vision inspection solutions Act as the interface between customers, sales, engineering, and product management Conduct product demonstrations and operator trainings onsite and remotely Provide ongoing product support throughout the entire product life cycle What you need to be successful Completed higher technical education Hands-on experience with workflow and vision inspection systems Strong IT affinity, passion for working with new digital tools Basic knowledge of software, automation, labelling, and camera/vision systems (e.g. NiceLabel/Loftware, BarTender, Codesoft, Cognex, QualiVision) Very good English German skills are a plus Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style Strong analytical thinking and customer focus Our Offer Long-term employment in a small, successful, and globally active team Exciting and varied tasks with creative freedom Flexible working hours & hybrid work Comprehensive onboarding as well as opportunities for professional and personal development Become part of the large, international Coesia packaging machinery group Initiative is welcome! Requirements
- Completed higher technical education
- Hands-on experience with workflow and vision inspection systems
- Strong IT affinity, passion for working with new digital tools
- Basic knowledge of software, automation, labelling, and camera/vision systems (e.g. NiceLabel/Loftware, BarTender, Codesoft, Cognex, QualiVision)
- Very good English
- German skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
