Business Analyst EDI/SD

• You are responsible for the mapping of the current integration landscape and can conceptualize EDI technical processes, needs and solutions for the different functional domains (sales, procurement, supply chain).
• You work in close collaboration with the vendors and clients of Ardo to understand their system landscape, their wants and needs and to determine the best way to set up the integrations between the different systems.
• You determine the blueprint and are responsible for the functional and technical specifications.
• You work closely together with a team of developers to give clear guidelines on how to set-up the EDI integration flows.
• You are responsible for the delivery of the EDI integration set-up and guard the template and all changes.
• You determine best practices and standards for every country and entity.
• You are able to give technical support for all EDI messages in close collaboration with the developers and Business Analysts for the different functional domains.
• You act as SAP Business Analyst Sales & Distribution (SD), together with your colleagues SAP Business Analyst SD, the EDI coordinator, and the rest of the SAP template and roll-out team, responsible from A-Z for the Sales/SAP SD scope and architecture in function of:

o the planned rollouts of S/4HANA

o the future improvements/ digitalization of the Sales & Distribution processes

• During those rollouts you identify the potential gaps in the current template and develop and improve the existing deployment template.
• You play an active role during the realization phase, Go-live and the aftercare.
• You actively contribute to a team of functional analysts in SAP, including demonstrating and explaining processes and coordinating projects within S/4HANA.
• Together with the IT Application Manager and IT Director, you will be responsible:

o for mapping and setting up to roadmap to digitalize the customer service and e-commerce processes

o to select vendors/tools

o to oversee the design of the solution and the implementation

Do you have experience in Sales?, * You have a minimal of 5-7 years of experience with EDI and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)

• You have an in-depth view on the technical EDI possibilities in SAP
• Good understanding of the CRM and e-commerce processes and solutions is an asset for the coming years, willing to dive into this domain.
• Experience in S/4HANA is a plus.
• You have good analytical skills, with both detail and helicopter view.
• You have strong communication skills and know how to work together with different stakeholders.
• Language skills: English is a must; Dutch and French are an asset.
• You are willing to travel for short trips within Europe.
