Job description

This is a high-profile leadership role at the heart of Lloyds Banking Group's AI transformation. As Senior Integrator - AI Transformation, you will lead the Transformation Team for the Group AI agenda, coordinating complex, cross-Group change to turn AI strategy into safe, scalable and value-driven outcomes.

This is a high-profile leadership role at the heart of Lloyds Banking Group's AI transformation. As AI Transformation Lead you will head up the Transformation Team for the Group AI agenda, coordinating complex, cross-Group change to turn AI strategy into safe, scalable and value-driven outcomes.

You'll work with stakeholders across LBG to ensure platform, business unit, and group-wide AI initiatives are properly prioritised across relevant product backlogs. You'll operate at both Platform and Business Unit level, collaborating with Technology, Data, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Business teams to embed AI initiatives in a responsible, compliant way that delivers real customer and colleague benefit.

We are the A.I. Centre of Excellence within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), comprising over 300 AI specialists, engineers, architects, and strategists. We play a crucial role in making LBG successful with data and AI by optimising and delivering AI technology and business outcomes.

Here's where you'll make a difference -

  • Leading the AI Transformation Office Team, setting direction and coordinating large-scale, complex AI initiatives across the Group
  • Acting as the senior integration point for the AI agenda across Platforms, Business Units and third parties
  • Owning integrated AI roadmaps, managing dependencies, sequencing delivery and resolving interlocks
  • Identifying delivery, regulatory and operational risks associated with AI change
  • Acting as a key escalation point for AI-related blockers
  • Leading a high performing team to achieve short term and long term targets in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation, coordinating cross platform and cross business delivery, ideally within data, analytics or AI driven environments
  • Proven ability to structure and deliver complex, technology enabled change, including building and managing integrated AI roadmaps, dependencies, milestones and risk frameworks
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, large-scale analytics platforms, machine learning and cloud based environments
  • Deep experience applying modern delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, scaled frameworks) to shape, prioritise and sequence work across multidisciplinary engineering, data and business teams
  • Hands on experience managing delivery, regulatory and operational risks related to emerging technologies, including AI governance, model risk management, data privacy and responsible AI controls
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder leadership, with the ability to translate complex AI strategy into clear delivery actions, drive alignment across Technology, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance and business areas, and remove blockers at pace
