Job description
Design, create and build test cases, test plans and test strategies for multiple software platforms along with automation test scripts for all applications and convert manual test preparation into automated test preparation.
- Collaborate with the Software Development teams and other Product Owners to understand the requirements and develop and manage the test scenarios for all the new development projects.
- Communicate, prioritize and track test execution, defects and issues appropriately and recommend corrective action whenever required.
- Facilitate functional testing, regression testing, UI testing, and unit testing for all new features in cross browser environments including mobile devices.
- Provide leadership and facilitate problem resolution, and coaching among Product Owners and developers, while mentoring junior QA team members and offshore teams.
- Work with development team and Database Administrators to identify system deficiencies and escalate to appropriate teams for timely resolution of issues.
- Deliver quality products by thoroughly testing throughout all phases of development life cycle (Regression, Functional, Integration, End to End testing) using a combination of testing methods.

- There are zero build stoppages for all prototype builds excluding VBs
- There are zero POF (Point of Fit) losses for all prototype builds excluding VBs
- All shipping collections for prototype parts are on time using the most cost efficient transport mode
- Negotiate delivery dates with suppliers to support multiple prototype production builds for all new products and battery production
- Support the engineering exporting material to suppliers to supply assemblies in line with client's prototype build requirements
- Negotiate production slots with internal Tool Rooms and 3D printing operations in line with client's prototype build requirements
- Visit key suppliers to review delivery performance and opportunities to establish and improve supplier performance / relationship in line with client's Customer Love principles
- Understand and adopt client's Agile philosophies and raise and overcome obstacles blocking on time supply from supply base
- Present programme delivery status to senior management in various forums, Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.
- Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems.
- Coordinates integrated testing activities.
- Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program.
- Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.
Responsibilities include:

- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals., Support the successful integration of four Customer Experience (CEX) teams by delivering clear, timely, and engaging change communications, supporting the people transition through structured change management activities, and driving the embedding and adoption of new ways of working., Support to develop and deliver internal communications that support the CEX Unity programme, including updates, FAQs, leadership messaging, packs for people managers etc.
- Support the creation of change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and engagement plans.
- Check and monitor business readiness ahead of (phased) implementations, integrations and go-lives.
- Coordinate and deliver engagement activities (e.g. workshops, town halls, feedback loops, drop-ins).
- Track and respond to employee sentiment (e.g. EMPS, verbatim feedback).
- Maintain and update comms plans, timelines, and content calendars.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Manager, Business Analysts, Organisation Design and People Partners to ensure change and comms are aligned with delivery milestones., Support the successful integration of four customer experience (CEX) teams into a unified operating model by delivering robust process mapping to clarify responsibilities and new ways of working and support the effective delivery of work in the new org., Lead end-to-end process mapping across CEX functions and adjacent teams (e.g., Regions/Markets, other Commercial and Enterprise teams)
- Collaborate with CEX Unity Project leads to build a process inventory and define and document current and future state processes in AIRS (client business process management tool)
- Engage with stakeholders across regions, brands, and functions to gather insights and validate process designs.
- Identify duplication, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Clarify responsibilities and accountabilities for tasks, activities, sign-offs and decisions within each process.
- Identify and document hand-offs and interactions between teams across processes.
- Support the development of RACI documents, operating model artefacts, and change impact assessments.
- Contribute to the detailed organisation design and transition planning for CEX Unity.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, Organisation Design, People Partners, Comms and Change Managers to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Education:
- GCSE or above, Experience in change management and internal communications within transformation programmes.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Able to distil complex information into engaging, succinct and user-friendly information
- Workshop facilitation.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and facilitating feedback.
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, and email platforms.
- Understanding of organisation design and employee experience principles.
