This team acts as the first line of defense for the REWE Group¿s network across multiple countries, ensuring stable operations, quick incident resolution, and professional communication with internal stakeholders.

Aufgaben Handle network incidents and service requests according to SLAs; act as Operator on Duty (OOtW) and trigger escalations.
Diagnose and resolve issues across LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, site connectivity, and datacenter links.
Proactively monitor health and performance using Nagios, SolarWinds, and Cacti; analyze NetFlow and bandwidth trends.
Identify realtime issues via syslog events and conduct retrospective problem analysis using Splunk.
Administer basic firewall rules on Cisco ASA and FMC; validate traffic flows according to NOC standards.
Apply structured L1L7 troubleshooting; maintain high-quality knowledge bases and technical documentation
Requirements
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent (CompTIA Network+, JNCIA-Junos, Fortinet NSE4).
Strong practical understanding of Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VPN technologies, and DNS/DHCP.
Experienced in network monitoring (SolarWinds, Nagios, Cacti) and log analysis (Syslog, Splunk).
Skilled in basic firewall rule management and flow validation (Cisco ASA/FMC).
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow/NEO-ITSM for ticketing and documentation. Mandatory English; German is a strong advantage; CEE languages are a plus.
Analytical, solution-oriented under pressure, and a team-driven mindset with clear communication.
