Job description
At TRIMM, we build digital platforms and applications that are used by thousands of people every day. To make this happen, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer who likes to be closely involved in the implementation: refining flows, creating and developing designs in Figma, and guiding teams and clients towards the best choices. You will work for brands such as Grolsch, Demcon and Heuver, in projects where usability makes a difference in conversion and ease of use as well as in the efficiency of internal processes. What will you be doing? As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user experience of our digital products. Your role is broad, but the focus is on the operational development and monitoring of UX/UI within ongoing projects. Specifically, you will be working on: - Gathering and refining requirements (together with the client, team and stakeholders) - Setting up and facilitating interactive sessions and workshops (e.g. goals, users, journeys, scope) - Translate insights into user flows, wireframes and prototypes in Figma - Work out UI and interaction details so that development can proceed immediately - Coordinate with developers and project management: clarity, priorities, refinements, choices - Schedule and conduct user tests (discovery or iterative during development) - Analysing feedback/data and improving designs based on evidence - Monitoring quality during sprints (consistency, UX principles, details, edge cases) So you're not "just strategic" or "just pixel pushing": you bring structure and ensure that designs are properly implemented in the construction phases.
