Job description

The role as a Digital Architect in Digital Blueprint will involve:

  • Working alongside AtkinsRéalis Technical Directors and with teams across AtkinsRéalis to shape and deliver digital transformation for our customers.
  • Working in cross-functional teams to develop deep insight in specific market areas and the key drivers for change.
  • Developing target architectures and operating models and, detailing the complex changes of people, process, information, and technical landscape.
  • Developing roadmaps enabling us to collaborate with project delivery and ensuring that the implementation reflects the strategic intent.
  • Visualising complex business problems to enable leaders and stakeholders make evidence-based decisions and drive change aligned with their requirements and business goals.
  • Helping to research the key disruptive technologies of the future and how these will impact our customers, society, and the world we live in.
  • Driving industry thought leadership and helping AtkinsRéalis to continuously develop its services and value propositions for customers.
  • On a day-to-day basis, working on specific programmes and projects to deliver high quality value driven outcomes for our clients.
  • Ensuring that the advice we give our customers reflects our principles for inclusion, diversity, equality, and sustainability and delivers social value as well as specific programme outcomes.

Requirements

  • Systems Thinking, a consultative mindset and an innate ability to address complex problems Experience in Enterprise or Business Architecture methods (TOGAF, Agile Architecture, BIZBOK), languages (ArchiMate, BPMN and UML) and tools (BiZZdesign and Sparx).

  • A consultative mindset, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in technology-led transformation programmes, across strategy, business design and change management.

  • Digital savvy, with a passion for innovative and quality digital products, and confident working in an agile environment.

  • Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences.

  • Exemplary stakeholder engagement, management and facilitation skills.

  • Contributing to the sale of consulting work, including bid development and presentations.

  • You will have experience in one or more of our key markets (Defence, Aerospace, Security, Energy, Utilities, Highways, Rail or the Public Sector).

  • Taking a proactive role in our communities and the growth of our team to shape the AtkinsRéalis of the future.
