Contract: 3 Months (Likely Extension)Urgent 3 Month ContractThis is a Manchester based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working to enhance alignment and effectiveness across hundreds of teamsAbout the ClientOur client focuses on data-driven decisions and innovation, aiming to make global experiences accessible. The Agile@Transformation programme unites product and engineering teams to enhance alignment and effectiveness across hundreds of teams.Role OverviewAs an Agile Coach, you will work with teams to integrate agile practices into their daily operations. You'll guide multiple teams through structured 12-week cycles to improve collaboration, delivery, and overall team health.Key Responsibilities
- Embed Agile Practices: Help teams adopt consistent agile principles in their work.
- Coach Teams: Work with 3-4 teams simultaneously, assessing maturity and guiding improvements.
- Measure Outcomes: Establish metrics to track progress and improvements.
- Facilitate Workshops: Co-deliver training and facilitate sessions tailored to team needs.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with managers to align team practices with product strategy.
- Join Coaching Community: Share insights with other Agile Coaches to enhance practices.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years as an Agile Coach or in a similar role, with experience in agile environments.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to identify constraints and drive continuous improvement.
