Job description
- Design and build modern Web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript integrated with Azure App Services, Functions and REST/event-based APIs.
- Shape architectural decisions in close collaboration with System Architects and adjacent product teams.
- Ensure engineering excellence through code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring/observability, and security & reliability standards.
- Translate business initiatives into actionable technical stories together with the Product Owner; coordinate cross team end-to-end testing.
- Coach engineers across frontend and backend, foster a culture of quality, ownership and learning, and evolve shared technical standards.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics (FH/Uni).
- Strong experience building modern Web applications on Azure, ideally with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Solid hands-on background in C# and .NET development.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Pipelines, Monitoring), API integrations, CI/CD, testing automation and observability.
- Experience running and evolving production grade Web or SaaS systems in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Able to guide engineers, translate business needs into technical solutions, and navigate complexity pragmatically.
- Azure or development certifications are a plus.
- Nice to have: Experience with headless CMS, booking or journey based service flows, and identity topics such as OIDC, MSUUID or SSO.
