AI Agent Developer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic AI engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that leverage artificial intelligence to streamline operations, automate complex workflows, and improve overall productivity. This role involves working at the frontier of AI development, creating agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool use, and adaptive learning for real-world applications.

• In this role you design, develop, test, and enhance AI agent systems from conception to production rollout, using Python and AI frameworks such as Dify, DSPy, or Langfuse.
• You integrate AI agents with existing workflow systems, databases, APIs, and external tools to access real-time information and perform actions such as updating databases, sending emails, and generating reports.
• You select large language models (LLMs) for different use cases as dialog and reasoning engines to guide agent behavior through prompt engineering and handle edge cases.
• You implement memory systems enabling agents to maintain context, learn from past interactions, and improve performance.
• You monitor and evaluate AI Agent system performance, debug issues, and continuously refine agent prompts to improve accuracy, latency, and relevance of AI outputs.
• You implement secure access protocols and safety measures to protect sensitive information and adhere to relevant data privacy requirements.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field or minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable position.
• You bring expertise in programming languages essential for AI development, such as Python, Go, or Java.
• You are knowledgeable of machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and neural networks. Experience with AI application frameworks and libraries like DSPy, Dify or Haystack.
• You have a deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent architectures.
• You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced field.
• You posess strong interpersonal abilities to navigate team dynamics and convey technical concepts clearly., * You are familiar with containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes and have prior experience in developing AI agents with relevant industry certifications in AI or cloud platforms.
