Software Developer

For our central IT team we are looking for a Software Developer maintaining and developing our ERP system and supporting the future migration to a new solution.

Your main resonsibilities:

• Maintenance and continuous development of our own ERP system.

• Responsibility for comprehensive support of the ERP system in our European corporate environment.

• Use and further development of a wide range of technologies - from established tools to innovative approaches.

• Close cooperation with the design, production, assembly and sales departments to optimise our business processes.

• Active involvement in replacing our existing ERP system with JD Edwards, including integration of the new system architecture.

• Several years of practical experience in software development.
• In-depth knowledge of RPG Free, CL, DDS and SQL.
• Experience in working with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON).
• Basic knowledge of Java and Office 365 is desirable.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Strong interest in manufacturing IT and operational technology (OT).
• Motivation to improve production processes through clever IT solutions.
