Partnering with Tech leads, Sr. Scrum Master, Scrum Masters
If you have Scrum Master experience, duties include:

Facilitates PI Planning & ART Events Ensures smooth execution of Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, removing impediments and driving alignment across teams.

Drives Continuous Improvement & Delivery Flow Coaches teams on Lean-Agile practices, monitors ART progress, and fosters a culture of relentless improvement to enhance delivery predictability and quality.

Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.

Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs and maintain clear priorities.

Track sprint progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.

Coach teams on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and delivery discipline.

Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and align cross team dependencies.

Maintain metrics (velocity, burndown, risks) and provide transparent reporting.

Drive communication between business, engineering, and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Scrum Master managing 1 2 development squads.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, sprint ceremonies, and estimation techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Certification preferred: CSM, PSM I/II (not mandatory but beneficial).
- Good to have any of API/OutSystems overview
