Job description
As a System & Network Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the stability, security and performance of our IT infrastructure. You will manage and optimize our servers, networks and cloud environments to ensure that our internal systems run smoothly and reliably.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to monitor infrastructure performance, resolve technical issues and continuously improve our IT landscape. From maintaining network infrastructure and cloud environments to implementing security measures and supporting infrastructure projects, your role will be essential in ensuring a secure and efficient IT environment.
You will also help drive improvements across our IT infrastructure, contributing to projects such as system upgrades, cloud integrations and new technology implementations that support the organization's growth and operational efficiency.
Your Tasks
- Managing, maintaining and optimizing servers and IT systems across the organization
- Monitoring system performance, availability and capacity to ensure reliability
- Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and network related incidents
- Managing and maintaining network infrastructure including switches, routers and firewalls
- Configuring VPNs, network segmentation and connectivity solutions
- Managing cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and supporting hybrid IT environments
- Managing user identities and access rights through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Implementing and maintaining IT security measures and responding to security alerts
- Managing backup systems and supporting disaster recovery procedures
- Proactively monitoring infrastructure and resolving issues before they impact the business
- Contributing to infrastructure projects, upgrades and new technology implementations
- Maintaining clear and up-to-date technical documentation and system configurations, * 25days leave on a fulltime basis

Requirements
- You have experience with Windows Server administration
- You have strong knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and VPN
- You have experience working with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
- You have experience managing cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- You have knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- You have a basic understanding of IT security and monitoring tools
- You are analytical and strong in problem solving
- You have a structured and detail-oriented way of working
- You take ownership and approach problems proactively
- You are comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
