Job description

  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven and advanced analytics solutions, such as AI agents and hybrid models, that support decision-making and optimize internal processes.
  • Support efforts to automate workflows and strengthen the company's transition to becoming more AI & data-driven.
  • Build and train machine learning models for business use cases (e.g., segmentation, prediction, scoring systems) with a focus on scalability and impact.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and analytical tools that empower internal teams through self-service insights.
  • Collaborate in the design and maintenance of dashboards using Tableau to support decision-making across departments.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's data warehouse, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI methodologies and frameworks and apply them where relevant.
  • Present findings and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Ability to analyze, structure, and communicate data effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Desired: familiarity with BI tools.
