Azure Infrastructure Engineer

The role requires a hands-on, senior engineer who can design and build Azure environments, establish best practices, and contribute to a centralised tenant architecture that can be replicated across the wider business.

Project

• The organisation currently operates multiple Azure tenants across several operating companies.
• The initial objective is to create a pilot centralised tenant, bringing together two smaller OpCos alongside a larger existing one.
• This will establish a repeatable blueprint using Azure Landing Zones that can be rolled out across additional businesses., * Design and build Azure infrastructure environments
• Support the centralisation of Azure tenants
• Implement Azure Landing Zones
• Configure monitoring and operational best practices
• Set up tenant activity and Microsoft B2B collaboration
• Deliver end-to-end Azure environments and hand over to operations
• Work across teams to ensure a secure and scalable cloud architecture

• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience designing and building Azure environments from scratch
• Strong cloud networking knowledge
• Experience with Azure Landing Zones

• Experience supporting multi-tenant Azure environments
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
• Experience working with Windows and Linux infrastructure
