Job description
They are seeking a Frontend Developer to join their growing engineering team and play a key role in designing and building clear, accessible interfaces for complex financial workflows.
This is a front-end focused position working primarily with TypeScript and React, building data-heavy screens and structured compliance journeys where strong UX directly reduces risk and cognitive load for users.
You will contribute to the evolution of the front-end architecture, help maintain and expand a shared component library, and collaborate closely with backend engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver reliable, well-structured software.
The engineering team operates with lightweight Agile processes that prioritise delivery over bureaucracy, within a low-ego, high-trust environment where developers have real ownership over their work.

- Contribute to and evolve the component library and design system, promoting consistency and accessibility across the platform.
- Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and CI pipelines.
