Job description

Job Title: Document Controller Based: Site - Barclays, Glasgow Are you looking for a new opportunity in Construction? Would you enjoy working with a successful and creative team? Then this role may be for you! This person will be self motivated in planning and delivering tasks and be a professional and approachable point of contact for the project regarding all documents and site administration matters. Job Purpose To provide day-to-day oversight of the pre-contract and contract documents. To manage the large number of documents received daily, ensuring that all drawings are administered and distributed promptly. To continuously prioritise documents by maintaining an awareness of project progress at all times. Creating customised reports for the Project Team and Design Team is also a key factor of this role to ensure smooth communication and to minimise Designer's response time. comments and assigning a status. Issuing the document to the relevant companies. Arranging access for new companies and users to Conject. Providing training to all team members, Sub-contractors, Consultants and Clients. Raising a print order for the drawings Distributing requests for information (RFI) that have been uploaded on to Conject. Producing weekly reports. Outstanding documentation Unanswered RFI report.
