Own IAM strategy, roadmap and product vision across IGA, PAM, certificates, secrets, and key management.

Align IAM to Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements.

Translate business and security needs into product features.

Work with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM products.

Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities.

Engage with leaders across Security, IT, HR, Risk, Compliance and Audit.

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR and internal audit expectations.

Manage risk, technical debt, and remediation plans.

Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and product performance.

Track product metrics and improve automation and self-service.
Requirements
-
7+ years' experience in cybersecurity/identity roles and 5+ years in product management.

Strong understanding of IAM domains: IGA, PAM, cryptography, certificates, secrets.

Experience in regulated, large-scale enterprise environments.

Ability to simplify complex IAM concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experienced with tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Venafi.

Knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud IAM architectures.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SAFe or Scrum Product Owner.
