Job description
- Develop and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for campaign automation and customer engagement
- Build and manage customer journeys in Journey Builder, including triggered, event-based, and lifecycle campaigns
- Develop dynamic email templates, landing pages, and web forms using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SSJS
- Implement personalization and dynamic content based on customer data and behavioral attributes
- Manage data extensions in Marketing Cloud and prospect lists and segmentation in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Configure lead scoring, grading models, and lifecycle stages in Pardot
- Configure localized and multi-language marketing communications
- Implement REST and SOAP API integrations between Marketing Cloud and external systems (e.g., portals, CRM systems, customer platforms)
- Configure Marketing Cloud Connect for synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication for secure API integrations
- Configure Data Cloud integrations to ingest and unify customer data from multiple sources
- Set up Data Streams, identity resolution, and data mappings in Data Cloud

Requirements
Must-have qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and/or Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) certification
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
- Experience with Pardot Engagement Studio, automation rules, and lead scoring/grading models
- Proven experience implementing REST API integrations
- Strong experience working with data extensions, segmentation, and marketing data models
- Experience with Data Cloud for marketing use cases, including data ingestion, mapping, and identity resolution
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and Pardot-Salesforce CRM integration
- Familiarity with middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), personalization, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) or Marketing Cloud Intelligence
