Mulesoft Integration Manager, Technology & Digital Services

As an Integration Developer/Manager, you'll join a team providing production support of existing solutions and their ongoing development with Product Owners. There is a strong pipeline of additional work from the ITS Projects Portfolio and global/regional programs. In this hands-on role you will be troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, raising, and prioritising change requests in the ongoing development of our platform, and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Developing and owning complex integration solutions from concept, delivery through to support.
• Collaborating with partners, architects, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions using MuleSoft.
• Acting as the technical owner for the API layer, ensuring solutions align with business requirements.
• Understanding of end-to-end data lineage and mapping from source to target applications.
• Participate in regular maintenance/upgrades as well as implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Applications owners to share knowledge and improve support processes.

Technology and digital services

From architecture and delivery of new IT systems to IT risk and security, we manage the relationships between the business and our Technology and Digital Services teams. We also help with the delivery of day-to-day operational technology and digital support to the rest of the business.

• Experience in Integration platforms such as Mulesoft, SAP PI or CI and enterprise integration patterns.
• Functional knowledge of S/4 HANA (Finance, PS, SD, HR) and/or SuccessFactors and/or Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering Integrations.
• Good understanding of the design principles of a SQL-based Data Warehouse.
• Experience in DevOps & Agile environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.

Desirable

• Experience working on SAP HANA (native) development.
• Experience to the Release Management and CI/CD process.
• Understands Service Management (ITIL) principles or experience of using tool such as ServiceNow.
• Experience of working with colleagues and 3rd party-development teams based offshore.
