Job description

  • Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, cloud platforms and BI tools to provide actionable insights and maintain global Mobility Services KPIs.
  • Create forecasts, trend models and TCO analyses to steer global strategies and support sustainability reporting, including CO metrics and audit documentation.
  • Leverage AI systems for automated insights, anomaly detection, data quality checks and optimization recommendations for Fleet & Travel Management.

Data Management & Digitalization:

  • Ensure global data harmonization, integration and quality assurance to establish a Single Source of Truth for Mobility Services data.
  • Further develop the data tool landscape, including the Siemens Data Cloud, BI tools and mobility applications.
  • Drive global digitalization and automation initiatives, aligning with governance, compliance, cybersecurity and reporting standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including IT, Procurement, Fleet/Travel Management and external partners, to ensure optimized data flows and decision-making capabilities.
  • Lead workshops, data reviews and international coordination sessions to align on global standards, governance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Education: A master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field., * Proven extensive professional experience as a Data Architect or in an advanced analytical role, ideally within mobility, fleet or travel-related environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in SQL, Python combined with hands-on experience in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Siemens Data Cloud, Snowflake).
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Solid track record in designing and delivering high-quality dashboards and reports while ensuring robust data governance, consistency and data quality across systems and platforms
