• Build, lead and mentor technical teams.
• Contribute hands-on to coding and technical decision-making.
• Promote and support evolutionary releases.
• Drive engineering excellence and resolve blockers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Regularly report project progress to clients.

• At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field.
• At least 2 years of technical experience as a tech lead, senior developer, or architect.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
