  • Audit products for Accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA), UX best practices, and UI design standards - providing actionable recommendations to improve quality and compliance.
  • Define future experiences through journey maps, service models, system maps, workflows, evaluative frameworks, and product concepts.
  • Collect and translate design requirements from cross-functional teams, ensuring business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints are harmonised.
  • Work closely with Technical Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Business Partners.
  • Prepare and organise visual design assets for handoff to global development teams, ensuring specifications are clear and well-documented.
  • Provide well-reasoned design direction and constructive critique, mentoring and inspiring wider team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, User Experience, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a closely related field
  • OR 10+ years of industry UX/UI Designer experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma - including component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience designing for both consumer-facing and internal/workforce digital products.
  • Solid understanding of WCAG Accessibility standards and digital compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in agile product teams alongside engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
  • Experience working within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design systems and brand governance in large enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions is preferred.
