Job description
Design and deliver automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and push using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Einstein.
-Define, test, and optimise campaigns through A/B testing, dynamic content, and segmentation.
- Audience Management & Data Integrity
-Build and manage data models, segmentation, and personalised audience strategies.
-Maintain data quality, GDPR compliance, and consent/unsubscribe processes.
-Troubleshoot and resolve data or integration issues with systems like Infinity and CMS platforms.
- Performance Reporting & Insight
-Report on engagement, conversion, and retention across CRM channels.
-Use Marketing Intelligence to deliver insights and recommendations to marketing and commercial teams.
- Technical Support & Development
-Support development of custom API-driven Marketing Cloud programs.
-Write SQL for segmentation and custom audience outputs.
-Scope, troubleshoot, and enhance existing CRM infrastructure.
-Document automation processes and hand over to operations teams.
-Ensure deliverability best practice and support onboarding/training of new users.
Requirements
You will be required to manage multiple complex and competing projects simultaneously and will need strong project management skills and a customer experience mindset. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering on the marketing initiatives and communication activities aligned with our business objectives., * Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud; expert-level certified and AMPScript.
- Degree in digital marketing, communications, or business (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical skills across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email/ Mobile/ Advertising Studios, and Marketing Intelligence.
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM, CMS, and other business systems.
- Solid understanding of data management, GDPR, segmentation, and targeting best practices.
- Proficient in Excel and analytics tools for data manipulation and insight generation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with other CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) is an advantage.
- Able to work autonomously, solve problems, and deliver objective-led campaigns.
- Proven success driving UX-focused, ROI-driven campaigns.
- Able to evaluate emerging technologies and apply digital best practices.
- Skilled in understanding buyer journeys to optimise performance.
- Uses customer insight, market trends, and commercial context to inform activity.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and applying insights.
- Clear, confident communicator able to translate data into opportunities.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Fluent English; German advantageous, with French/Scandinavian languages a bonus.
