Job description

Desktop support Analyst, Desktop Engineer, 2nd Line Support, Support Analyst, London, Contract, As the Desktop Support Engineer you will be providing 2nd line support to the client. You will hold practical administration and troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Desktop technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop environment.
  • Good knowledge of Window server and client operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of Citrix client/VDI technologies and concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 201x, Office 365 (32 & 64bit).
  • Working experience with applications hosted on a Citrix infrastructure.
