Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer operating at Team Lead level to strengthen and lead the software function. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the current team and supporting the development of next-generation products., Technical Leadership

• Provide Senior-level embedded software expertise within an ARM-based environment.
• Lead architecture, design and development activities across complex embedded systems.
• Work with trusted frameworks and contribute to robust, production-ready system architecture.
• Remain technically hands-on while guiding best practice and engineering standards.

Team Leadership & Line Management

• Line manage and technically lead a team of 5 software engineers.
• Coordinate software activities across the wider 25-person multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Drive delivery from prototype maturity through to production deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the System Design Authority.
• Collaborate with electronics and firmware engineering peers.
