From the sales pitch to the detailed planning of the desired vehicle, our tools are used to develop the best solution for our customers. The team cooperates closely with Technical Writers, Trainers, Product Lines, and Network Development., * Perform advanced structural, fatigue, and dynamic simulations (FEM/FEA) for crane and lifting systems
- Develop, validate, and continuously improve calculation models and simulation methodologies
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to evaluate concepts and optimize designs
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations based on simulation outcomes
- Support cross-functional teams by providing calculation expertise throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- 3+ years in structural analysis, FEM/FEA, simulation engineering, or mechanical system calculations
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proficiency with FEM/CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, OptiStruct), strong understanding of material behavior, load cases, and structural mechanics
- Experience with multibody simulation, optimization algorithms, or scripting (Python/Matlab) is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, structured way of working, high quality awareness, and effective communication in cross-functional teams

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
