Aufgaben

• Maintaining and further improving an internal developer platform (IDP)
• Active participationin meetings, and fosteringofcross-team collaboration where necessary to address business goals
• Teachingpeers how to set up systems and drive execution plans for features and system improvements
• Coordinatingefforts across the team rather than working in a silo
• Proactively communicatingissues and addressingnecessary trade-offs -takingownership of issues
• Managinglarger refactors, and/or system upgrades, helpingothers to do the same or participate. Being able to estimate scope of work, and when those estimates are off, coordinatingwith stakeholders like Product Management to address risks, and take ownership
• Mentoringand actively drivingthe technical skills of the immediate or extended team
• Anticipatingissues or implications that their ideas would have on others, and pursuingmutually beneficial strategies.
• Beyond participating in meetings, thoughtfully creatingand leadingmeetings where helpful

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Software, Site Reliability, Platform or DevOps Engineer
• Expert in the automatic generation of infrastructure
• Deep industry knowledge and awareness of the technical landscape and the ability toincorporateanalysis as appropriate into strategy
• Extensive expertise with Kubernetes, cloud native solutions, GitOps and CICD topics
• You should be able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Ability to setclear and challenging goals for a portfolio of work, and pursuethem with enthusiasm and passion
• Good understanding of business objectives and incorporation ofthese into the body of work
