Do you like to combine your functional SAP knowledge with leading data migrations for customers? You like to be the spider in the web coordinating different activities. You take pride in making sure all data migration activities are completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. You like to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and stay updated on the latest developments in the field of data?, As SAP Data Migration Lead you manage and lead the data migration processes for our customers. You support project managers in estimating and planning migration activities.
You'll develop and manage data migration strategies for complex projects in coordination with our functional SAP teams and other stakeholders.
Together with them, you identify and mitigate data migrations risks and issues. You also provide guidance on data migration best practices.
You support and guide the team members in their migration activities. During design phase with source to target workshops and creating migration designs. During realization phase in development of extraction and transformation programs or ensure the necessary upload tools are available in SAP and data is loaded according to the data migration design.
You coordinate and manage migration activities between the different stakeholders. Being the IT project manager, business key user or data analyst who is dealing with data cleansing and data gathering or Delaware migration colleagues. Requirements
- have functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules and combine this with +5 years experience in SAP data migration projects;
- know your way around ETL tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, SNP-Cristal Bridge, Syniti ADM, Prospecta MDO,…;
- are able to lead SAP data migration projects;
- combine strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset;
- have good communication skills in Dutch / French and English;
- are a team player who can demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to our customers.
