Tasks

• Build and support Agile Release Trains (ART) using SAFe methodology.

• Facilitate central ART events and assist teams with agile queries.

• Identify and resolve impediments as part of servant leadership., * Building and supporting Agile Release Trains (ART) according to the SAFe methodology for our clients.

• Moderation of central ART events as well as support for teams, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in agile matters.

• Identification, communication, and resolution of impediments in the spirit of servant leadership.

• Collaboration with and coaching of train leadership, product owners and Scrum Masters to promote a successful agile transformation.

• Performance measurement and risk management of the ART to ensure efficient and value-oriented working methods.

• You have a degree in computer science or a related field.

• You are SAFe certified (e.g., as RTE or SPC).

• You communicate effectively in German and English., * You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.

• You are SAFe certified (e.g., as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)) and have successfully led Agile Release Trains in the RTE role.

• You develop pragmatic solutions for customer problems - also beyond the SAFe methodology.

• You are willing to take on other agile roles such as product management, product owner, portfolio manager or to lead hybrid projects according to HERMES.

• You communicate fluently in German and English (French is a plus).
