Our Data Factory consists out of 50 enthusiastic people who are collaborating on a daily basis in an international environment. The Data Specialist (m/f/d) VIO within the Data Factory is responsible for ensuring that accurate technical data is entered into the designated database in full compliance with relevant guidelines. By capturing and maintaining up-to-date vehicle and parts data, we ensure that our customers always have access to the latest and most reliable information., * Data Research & Preparation - You research and process automotive parts and component data according to defined standards.
- Data Entry & Documentation - You ensure accurate entry and documentation of all relevant information.
- Data Analysis & Processing - You analyze, convert, and process data from third-party systems.
- Quality Assurance - You maintain, adjust, and review existing data to ensure the highest quality.
- Process Improvement - Your ideas contribute to the continuous optimization of our workflows., Hybrid Remote: this position requires working in the office a minimum of 1 day per week at our site in Heerlen. The other days, in agreement with your team, can be worked from home. We have regular on-site team events and celebrations.
Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need
Vacation: 30 days a year.

Requirements
Do you have experience in IT?, Technical knowledge of vehicles and vehicle spare parts is a must.
- Education background - Certified Automotive Technician; experience as a mechanic or in a similar field is highly valued.
- Structured and analytical mindset - You work in an organized way and enjoy solving problems.
- Eager to learn - You have a positive attitude toward learning new things.
- Resilient under pressure - You stay focused and handle challenges well.
- Team player with strong communication skills - You collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.
- English skills - You can easily communicate in English language.
Benefits & conditions
Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
The role is permanent, starting with a 1-year contract and a 1-month probation , continuing indefinitely after a successful performance review .
For those working hybrid or remote we offer a compensation of 2,45€ per home-office-day.
Travel expenditure reimbursement for those working in hybrid mode: you get € 0,23 per KM of your commuting.
