- Strong experience with React Native
- Solid Back End experience with Node.js
- Insurance domain experience
- Proven ability to own feature delivery end-to-end
- Comfortable contributing to technical design and improvements
- Strong communication skills - able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Desirable
- Experience with TanStack Query
- Familiarity with NestJS
- Integration testing experience (ideally Detox or Appium)
- Exposure to system/service design
