These include customers from the general public and clients in small and large organisations.Key Responsibilities
- Analysis, design and development of software systems. This will include liaising with external customers and working with third party products and services to drive efficiency and innovation within the business.
- Be proactive in learning new technologies and software best practices processes aimed at providing improved software quality.
- Provide support for new and existing systems.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the businesses needs and goals in order to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of developing commercial systems with C# (.NET Core and .NET Framework).
- Track record delivering solutions in Microsoft technologies.
- MS SQL Server with Transact-SQL.
- Web Services - Web-API/REST, SOAP.
- SOLID practices.
- Source control (Git).
- Aptitude for eliciting requirements and user stories from non-development colleagues.
- Ability to retain a customer focus.
- Proactive in learning new technologies and using them effectively.
- Developer documentation writing.
- Good verbal and written communicator.
