These include customers from the general public and clients in small and large organisations.Key Responsibilities

• Analysis, design and development of software systems. This will include liaising with external customers and working with third party products and services to drive efficiency and innovation within the business.
• Be proactive in learning new technologies and software best practices processes aimed at providing improved software quality.
• Provide support for new and existing systems.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the businesses needs and goals in order to identify areas for improvement.

• Demonstrable experience of developing commercial systems with C# (.NET Core and .NET Framework).
• Track record delivering solutions in Microsoft technologies.
• MS SQL Server with Transact-SQL.
• Web Services - Web-API/REST, SOAP.
• SOLID practices.
• Source control (Git).
• Aptitude for eliciting requirements and user stories from non-development colleagues.
• Ability to retain a customer focus.
• Proactive in learning new technologies and using them effectively.
• Developer documentation writing.
• Good verbal and written communicator.

Whilst not essential, we are especially keen to hear from candidates who can also demonstrate knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Blazor, Client-side development experience (ie, Bootstrap, Angular, JQuery, TypeScript), Azure DevOps including Build and Release configuration, Azure (ideally including Functions, Storage, Web Apps, API Management, Cosmos DB, Service Bus), Azure BICEP scripting, Entity Framework ORM, DevOps Pipeline abd Release processes, unit testing and Test-Driven development, and/or relevant Microsoft certification/s.Our PeopleSimplify believes diversity brings benefits for our clients, our business and our people.
