Job description

As a Test Administrator for Kaplan Testing Services, you will provide outstanding administrative services and first line support for existing and prospective candidates and B2B clients., Provide end-to-end management of test administration, including client and candidate onboarding, test scheduling, issuance of results/preparation of certificates.

  • Provide outstanding support for candidates and maintain accurate records of test journeys.
  • Assist with enquiries and provide customer support for client organisations.
  • Assist with meeting management and note-taking if required.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the candidate journey by reporting back on issues or trends.
  • Contribute to a range of short, medium, and long-term projects in relating to test administration and candidate support.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Digital Tools: Demonstrable proficiency with core digital productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
  • Curiosity and Adaptability: A genuine curiosity for and willingness to explore new technologies, particularly in the areas of AI and automation.
  • Problem-Solving with Technology: The ability to identify manual or repetitive tasks and to think critically about how technology, including AI tools, could be used to streamline processes and remove complexity.
  • Effective Collaboration with AI: The ability to articulate problems clearly to AI tools (e.g., writing effective prompts) to generate useful outputs, and critically evaluate those outputs for accuracy and relevance.
