Job description

iO Associates are supporting a specialist data consultancy delivering Azure Data & Analytics solutions to enterprise clients. You'll work in a Managed Services team supporting live production environments, solving complex issues, and continuously improving data platforms.

You'll have the autonomy to work independently, coach others, and contribute to architecture discussions in a collaborative, tight-knit team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor & support production data solutions (SLAs, multiple customers)
  • Troubleshoot & resolve incidents
  • Deliver small enhancements to pipelines & platforms
  • Engage directly with clients and end-users via tickets/email
  • Build tools to automate processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure Data platform skills (ADF, Synapse, Function Apps, Power BI)
  • Python/PySpark/Scala/Spark SQL
  • Experience in Managed Services or BAU support
  • Customer-facing experience, including ticketing systems
