Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across BI platforms. Mentor junior BI developers and enforce best practices. Stay current with Power BI updates and industry trends. Required Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Strong experience with DAX Studio and Tabular Editor for performance tuning and model management. Proven ability to manage and optimize very large datasets in Power BI and Azure. Solid understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Analysis Services (AAS/SSAS).
