BI Analyst I

As part of the business intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that support the overall strategic goals of the company. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that show key information, helping DailyPay track how we're doing and enabling stakeholders to make critical, data-informed decisions
• Collaborate closely with other members of the Data Team to execute on key business reports needed across the organization
• Support the prioritization of reporting requests to increase business value
• Clearly communicate expectations and deliverables to stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the dashboarding reports

• 2+ years SQL experience

• 2+ years Business Intelligence and/or data experience using tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Looker or similar

• Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strategic, creative thinker Nice To Haves

• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and ETL tools like Fivetran or Stitch

• Experience with git/GitHub and Jira

• In-depth understanding of the financial technology sector
