Job description
The Role As a Microsoft Azure Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for 3rd-level support across Azure, DevOps, Terraform, and Infrastructure-As-Code. You'll be embedded in our Managed Services team, owning the health, security, and performance of complex cloud environments for our customers - while helping us continuously improve and automate how we do it.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering 3rd-line support across Microsoft Azure, DevOps & Terraform environments
Monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure - proactively, not reactively
Building and automating IaC deployments for consistency and scale
Collaborating with DevOps teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines
Owning security and compliance across cloud environments
Sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and keeping documentation sharp
Requirements
Do you have experience in VPN?, Are you a cloud engineer who thrives on solving complex infrastructure challenges? Ready to take your Azure expertise to the next level - at a business that's growing fast and investing seriously in its technical capability? This could be the one., Deep hands-on Azure networking experience (VNets, NSGs, Firewall, Load Balancers, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Private Link)
Strong scripting skills - PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep
Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-As-Code
Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and Log Analytics
Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator or DevOps Engineer ideal)
A communicator who can translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
