You'll play a key role in maintaining a large estate of systems and cloud infrastructure, while working closely with engineering, operations, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.This is a hands-on role combining technical delivery, operational support, and continuous improvement. You'll be trusted to work independently, think critically, and take ownership, while also collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients..What you'll be doingDevOps & Cloud EngineeringMaintain and support a large estate of AWS cloud infrastructure.Administer and integrate applications with our award-winning LMS.Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (e.G. Requirements

shell scripting - Bash, PowerShell, etc.).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.Experience with Docker and containerised environments.Proficiency with version control systems (Git).Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.G. CloudFormation).Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.G. PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to haveExperience using AI coding tools such as VS Code Copilot.AWS SysOps Administrator certification (or equivalent).BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Please note: the successful candidate will undergo SC and NPPV Level 2 vetting.
