Located near to Milton Park in Oxfordshire, Holtram TLPI is a niche business, helping business owners to set up and manage their own company pension plan and investments.
TLPI is investing heavily in the automation and systemisation of its business operations. We are developing internal software tools, integrations and AI-powered workflows to streamline processes across the company.
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer or Graduate Programmer to help design, build and implement these systems.

Demonstrating sound work ethics, you will work on real business problems including automation, integrations between platforms, AI-driven processes and internal tooling. This role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems rather than working on a single product.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience building real systems that directly impact how a business operates.
What you'll be doing
- Building internal applications using Python, Node.js and React
- Creating integrations between HubSpot and external platforms
- Implementing AI-driven automation workflows
- Developing APIs and backend services
- Automating operational processes across the company
- Integrating systems including ad platforms, banking partners and accounting software, * Develop internal applications using Python, Node.js and React

- Assist in troubleshooting and improving automation workflows
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in React?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Strong programming fundamentals
- Experience with Python, JavaScript or similar languages
- Understanding of APIs and integrations

Essential Requirements -
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
