Job description
- Provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, and networks
- Manage and resolve IT tickets, escalating complex issues when required
- Support system administration and assist with infrastructure tasks
- Deliver user training and guidance on IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) in an IT support or service desk role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365 and Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
