Tasks

• Manage and optimize VMware vSphere/ESXi and Windows Server operations.
• Oversee security management, patching, and GPO design implementation.
• Assist in Azure migration projects and develop automation scripts., * VMware & Windows Server Operations: Operation and optimization of VMware vSphere/ESXi as well as complete Windows server lifecycle (installations, migrations, decommissioning)
• Security & Hardening Responsible for patch and security management, GPO design, and implementation of hardening standards.
• Azure Expertise: Assistance with migration projects to Azure services
• Automation & Deployment: Development of PowerShell scripts, automation of routine tasks, as well as software and application deployment on servers
• Monitoring & Collaboration: End-to-end monitoring, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with security, network, and application teams.

• Expertise in VMware, Windows Server, and Azure Cloud environments required.
• Strong skills in automation, scripting, and process optimization.
• Proficient in monitoring, troubleshooting, and security analysis., * VMware vSphere/ESXi Expertise: Deep knowledge in administration, performance tuning, and lifecycle management of virtualization platforms
• Windows Server & GPO Management: Confident handling of installation, migration, hardening, and design of complex group policies
• Azure Cloud Skills: Experience with Azure VMs, storage, networking, RBAC, policies, and operation of hybrid cloud environments
• Automation & Scripting (PowerShell): Ability to automate workflows, develop scripts, and make operational processes more efficient
• Security, Troubleshooting & Monitoring Competence: Strong analytical skills, experience with security requirements, and end-to-end error analysis in complex infrastructures
