• As a Backend Developer (gn) you will be part of an Agile and international team working on the permanent development and improvement of our features in the customer account and for our award-winning webshop.
• You will skillfully apply your expert knowledge in the areas of backend, microservices, API design and eventing for our customers.
• With fun and ambition, you will work on the challenges of a customer-oriented web store and enable our customers to have an innovative shopping experience at all touchpoints., * Ensures high software quality by adhering to and continuously improving principles, standards, documentation and processes
• Ensures transparent and recipient-oriented communication between the team, the departments and technology
• Guarantees safe, high-performance, stable and efficient software solutions through the appropriate technical and methodological competence

WORKING MODE

• 8 hours a day, flexible working schedule.
• Remote working mode with 1-4 days/month - face to face office days

• You have already gained extensive experience in backend programming and modern software architectures as part of your (business) computer science studies and your previous professional experience.
• You have very good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (especially Java) and relevant technologies such as web services, REST and (No-)SQL.
• Ideally, you are also familiar with Intellij, Spring Boot, Kafka and Google Cloud Platform / Kubernetes.
• As a quality-conscious developer and fan of modern software development, you always keep up to date with new trends and have topics such as agile development methods, TDD, Continuous Delivery or CleanCode on your agenda for a long time.
