Job description
? Operate and enhance the Snowflake platform across multiple clouds (Azure, AWS)
? Automate infrastructure and Snowflake object deployments with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and support the migration to GitHub.
? Ensure secure, compliant connectivity and storage configuration in Azure (and emerging AWS workloads).
? Optimize Snowflake usage around cost, performance, and scalability.
? Collaborate with security, networking, and data teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
? Actively participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and cross-team collaboration initiatives.
Requirements
? Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Engineering, including networking (VNETs, routing, DNS, private endpoints), identity, and storage.
? Experience operating and administering Snowflake:
? Warehouses, RBAC, databases, schemas, resource monitors
? External tables, stages, integrations (Azure mainly)
? Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
? Understanding of enterprise cloud networking and security best practices.
? Experience with observability and audit logging tools.
? Familiarity with Agile/Safe methodologies.
